The first stage of the development focused on building a boardwalk, a shared pathway, seating with sheltered bbq facilities, extensive landscape works, site furniture and lots of other amenities. Finalised in June 2022, the upgrades brought a wider pedestrian promenade, more tree planting and new lighting.
