HomeBuilder eligible projects for new homebuyers

Article by Michelle Leftwich

In the two months since HomeBuilder was announced, record new home sales have been recorded across the country.

Numbers talk and if these numbers are any indication, plenty of homebuyers are taking advantage of the HomeBuilder grant, as well as other grants & incentives available to purchase themselves a brand new home or investment property.

Currently, HomeBuilder is available only on eligible contracts signed on or before the 31st of December this year. Time is ticking to take advantage of this amazing opportunity to get $25k off the price of your new home.

Which projects are HomeBuilder eligible?

If you’re in the market to buy a new apartment, townhouse or house & land package eligible for the homeBuilder grant we’ve compiled a list of projects to help you with your search.

Don’t forget to check back on this list over the next few weeks and months as we’ll keep adding projects as we become aware of their eligibility.
