Rich in heritage and city attractions, the appealing suburb of Malvern is around 12 km south-east of Melbourne’s booming Central Business District. It is recognised for having plenty of amenities and remarkable period homes. Originally established in the 1860s, Malvern is part of the City of Stonnington and has significant historical buildings including the Stonington Mansion and the Malvern Tram Depot.
