Silver Square - Construction Update (1)

The Silver Square project consists of 118 residential apartments and some great retail spaces which have been allocated to a childcare facility, convenience store, doctor's surgery, beauty salon and other retail opportunities.

Lifestyle facilities including well manicured gardens with plenty of greenery and a specified area for lawn bowls, communal indoor and outdoor entertainment areas.

Construction for this large site started in the middle of the year and is still in the stages of clearing and preparing the site.
Completion for this project is still on track for mid to late 2014.
