Peninsular Residences November 2018 Construction Update

Construction has progressed well at Peninsular Residences in Surfers Paradise over the past month and will be continue up until the Christmas shutdown period on the 21st December.  Workers will return on 7th January to recommence construction activities.

A milestone has been reached over the past month with the commencement of apartment fit-outs.  Current activities include:

Ground and Level 1 - Hydraulic and electrical services currently being installed.
Level 2 - Ceiling and Partitions have commenced as well as plumbing and electrical rough-in.
Level 3 - Back propping remains in place while the Level 4 slab is prepared and poured.
Level 4 - Structural slab reinforcing currently being laid with a scheduled concrete pour on 23rd November.
Two further pours will be targeted this year which will see the completion of the Level 6 structure.
