Ivy Apartments Construction Update - July 2017

Fantastic news. The construction of Ivy North Tower in South Brisbane is progressing well with the main structure only a month away from completion.

The anticipated settlement for Ivy and Eve is still on track for November/December 2017.

The Ivy Apartments Construction UpdateWorks on-site are progressing well with the internal fixtures and fittings of apartments installed up to level 20. Quality control will commence on the completed units on lower levels this week.

The recreational deck and common facilities on Level 5 are also taking shape, with the pool shell scheduled to be poured next month. The design of the feature green planter wall which runs from ground to the recreation deck has been completed.

The cranes will be removed from each of the cores freeing up the lift shafts to be completed.

External façade painting has commenced with access platforms being set up this month to begin the inside façade faces.

Coming up, the final service connections to the street mains is scheduled for next month. Internal finishes to the ground floor lobby and retail areas will begin as soon as the structure is complete.

The Ivy Apartments will comprise a total of 256 one and two bedroom apartments over 30 levels once complete. The Evergreen Deck, exclusive to residents will include a swimming pool, cinema, gym, exercise area, IT Pods, Beach House, Pizza Oven and Dining Area as well as a Teppanyaki Dining Area.

With its ideal positioning in South Brisbane, residents of new apartments in the Ivy will be conveniently placed to the best that Brisbane has to offer.
