Botanica Apartments - Construction Update

Construction work on the Botanica Apartments in Balwyn, Melbourne is progressing extremely well with the structure of three of the four buildings almost complete. 
 

Works have now begun on the landscaped garden areas woven between the four buildings. All the other beautiful communal spaces such as the theatre space, gymnasium and rooftop garden with fully functioning commercial cooking facilities are also coming along nicely.
 

Internally, the fitout works are well underway with the prototype apartment now complete.

Settlement is anticipated for November 2016.
