Bill Nikolouzakis
CEO
Bill Nikolouzakis is the CEO of iBuyNew Group

Mr Bill Nikolouzakis has over 15 years experience in real estate and financial services. He is the founder of Nyko Property, a wholly owned subsidiary of the iBuyNew Group acquired in November 2016.
 
Over the last 10 years managing Nyko Property, Bill has developed corporate partnerships with some of Australia’s largest finance companies with access to over 2,000 mortgage, financial advice, accounting and real estate professionals. 
 
Prior to founding Nyko Property in 2008, Bill held a variety of senior roles in banking and finance, including Managing Director of Telelink, a call centre specialising in lead generation for the mortgage broking and property investment industries as well as the Director of Mortgages for a medium sized financial services company. 
 
Bill holds a Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) and a Certificate IV in Financial Services. 
 
 
Aliceson Rourke
CFO
Aliceson Rourke is an experienced Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary. Aliceson has extensive experience in all aspects of public company finance, administration and governance including listings on the Australian Stock Exchange, public capital raisings, and capital restructures, mergers and acquisitions.
David Scott
Executive General Manager
David has over 25 years experience with a track record of recruiting, training, and mentoring high performance sales and operations teams across Australia in conjunction with the ability to deliver results in periods of market uncertainty and change.

David has strong financial management skills and is experienced across all areas of the real estate market including residential sales, property management, commercial sales and leasing, and project marketing.
Diana Mastroianni Vescio
Head of Growth & Property Development
Diana is highly motivated and has a progressive career in real estate industry with over 21 years of experience.
 
Northern Beaches born, raised and educated, Diana commenced her career with a highly regarded independent Northern Beaches agency where she was part of a successful team for over nine years.
 
Prior to joining IBN International powered by IBuyNew Group, Diana was the Office Manager and Department Head for a franchise agency on Sydney’s Northern Beaches where she was instrumental in building and maintaining a portfolio of more than 500 properties.

Josh Mezger
Sales Director (WA)
Josh Mezger has over 20 years of senior international real estate experience. Whether your intention is to buy or sell an investment property or sell your primary residence, you can be confident in Josh’s ability to deliver. Armed with a degree in International Relations from the University of Colorado, Josh joined the real estate community after a successful global career in resort development.
 
Now specialising in the development of high quality projects, Josh regularly achieves sales volumes in excess of $100 million each year. His long term experience in real estate negotiation throughout international locations ensures Josh is well equipped to deal with clients of all backgrounds and needs. He is also fluent in Japanese.
 
Josh is a registered member of the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia, and also holds current membership to the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (Australia), National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and Real Estate Institute of New Zealand.

Peter Scott
Senior Property Consultant
Peter first started in property back in 2008 where he worked his way up in a few short years to become one of the best in the industry.

Having owned and run a successful Company for 17 years prior, with also a Finance background, Peter has worked with the biggest Developers worldwide, as well as being a Senior Colliers Executive.

He is well known around the property circles in Melbourne and is networked to every significant Property contact.

Christian Marcel
Senior Property Consultant
After many years in the corporate world of Project Marketing with both CBRE and JLL Christian has developed relationships with a multitude of diverse clients both nationally and internationally, focusing on sales of both boutique and medium to large scale residential developments.
 
As director in a public company specializing in project marketing Christian was responsible for the day to day operations, including the management of all staff. Christian enters each project with passion from start to finish and has list of projects completed that any sales person would be proud to roll out.

With a background working as a Paralegal, Emily soon moved into the world of property and has over four years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator. Her highly disciplined organisation skills, alongside her friendly and polite nature allows Emily to build strong and lasting relationships with our customers and developers with ease and will go that extra mile to get contracts and settlements across the line.
Kate Beckett
Marketing Executive
With over 12 years of in-depth involvement in all levels of marketing in the Real Estate industry, Kate Beckett has a sound knowledge of marketing strategies and principles along with the latest technologies and market trends to engage our clients and increase revenue and profits for the company.

Playing a crucial and specific role in digital marketing and analytics for the business, Kate also works across a variety of different campaigns at any given time.
Emily Long
Systems and Operations
With a Bachelor degree in Information Technology and System, followed by a Masters of Business Information System from the University of Melbourne, Emily has over 10 years’ experience working in IT and is a valuable asset to iBuyNew.

Responsible for the Systems and Operations at iBuyNew, Emily ensures everything runs smoothly on a day to day basis and manages our CRM system to make sure all the valuable information is captured and stored in the right place. Emily also carefully controls and develops important internal processes such as stock management to provide our clients with the most updated information possible.
Annabelle Odell
Accountant
Annabelle is the Accountant at IBuynew Group. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer she is responsible for the Trust Accounts as well as the financial accounting. Annabelle has over ten years’ experience as a Bookkeeper, Finance Manager and Assistant Accountant. She holds an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and is currently completing a degree  in Accounting at Australian Catholic University. She has also completed a Higher National Diploma in Business and Finance majoring in Marketing and is a Property Tree certified user. Annabelle is an energetic and valued member of the team.
Lisa Hsu
Sales Administrator
Lisa is IBuyNew’s Sales Administrator, her broad background gives her advantages with excellent communication skills with people of diverse backgrounds.  Lisa is able to provide superior customer service as she has over three years’ experiences in administration and eleven years’ experience in customer services.

Lisa's ability to solve problems in different situations by positive interpersonal and negotiation skills greatly assists IBuyNew’s office when supporting both agents and clients with all sales administration issues.
Kate Mitchell
Assistant Accountant
Kate is a successful professional with a wealth of transferable skills gained in 20 plus years in business administration.  She possesses a commitment to delivering excellence and a reputation for ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Able to reduce costs by implementing processes that are more efficient, and she maximises profits by analysing trends and providing advice and guidance to colleagues.
