Cheltenham, located 19 kms south-east of the Melbourne CBD is located fairly close to the sea with major roads running through the suburb including the Nepean Highway which runs from the CBD towards Portsea along the eastern shore of Port Phillip making this a good spot to live if you are interested in buying a new apartment in Cheltenham.
