CEO
Daniel is the CEO of the iBuildNew group of companies, which includes iBuyNew. By qualification Daniel is a Chartered Accountant, but after more than two decades working in senior management positions across a number of global corporates he provides the strategic direction and leadership of the business. Daniel is passionate about property investment and a highly active investor himself both locally and abroad. He plays a key role on the iBuyNew investment committee, responsible for vetting and approving all builders and developers on the iBuyNew panel, and specific property projects that iBuyNew market to our clients.
Nathan Loutit

Nathan Loutit

General Manager
After many years working for Swinburne University as a lecturer and managing the Centre for Design and Innovation, Nathan worked his way into the property industry. Nathan had a number of years working for one of Australia’s largest homes builders selling house and land packages, and townhouses to investors and first home buyers. Nathan joined iBuyNew as Sales Manager for Victoria in 2019 before taking on the role of General Manger in 2021.
John Rankin

John is a licensed real estate agent and leads the iBuyNew sales team. John started out as a teacher before moving into property development and later general real estate, so is uniquely positioned to educate staff and buyers about property investment. While growing up John spent many years in the Geelong and Melbourne area, for the last 20 years he has resided on the Gold Coast where he has been involved in a wide range of property development projects. As a result John has a deep understanding of most markets across Australia, but in particular those in Victoria and Queensland. John is a member of the iBuyNew investment committee, responsible for vetting and approving all builders and developers on the iBuyNew panel, and specific property projects that iBuyNew market to our clients.
Rohan Aalders

Rohan is a NSW Class 1 licence holder and has worked in the industry since 2003. A Sydney project marketing specialist, Rohan joins the iBuyNew team with years of experience from both the agency and developer's perspectives managing all aspects of the marketing, sales and settlement processes for various projects around the greater Sydney metro area. Being well versed in every step of the off the plan marketing and sales process allows him to assist buyers and educate the team around off the plan property purchasing. Rohan's strength is in his ability to analyse each situation and understand the needs and best outcome, and adapt, ensuring his clients goals are achieved and in most cases exceeded.

After running a business in the health and wellness industry, Claire discovered a love for property. Her property career started as a sales associate and continued through to estate manager for one of Victoria’s most established land estates throughout the Geelong growth corridor. During her tenure here, Claire gained a wealth of industry experience and developed an unwavering enthusiasm for new property. Claire is passionate about property, but her real skill is with people and building relationships. Claire works closely with iBuyNew’s current and prospective referral partners and their clients.
Juan Florez

Juan studied economics and earned his degree in Colombia before arriving in Australia seven years ago. After working in one of the big four big banks, he chose to follow his passion in real estate and became a licensed agent. While working at one of Australia’s largest home builders, he honed his knowledge of the Australian property market from some of the best in the industry. Juan loves that he gets to work every day in an industry he is passionate about while helping people find their dream home or build their investment portfolio. Having lived all over Australia, he brings a solid knowledge of the Australian property market, as well as extensive customer service experience.

Jesse first entered the property sector as a sales associate at the Professionals Real Estate group on the Southern Gold Coast. He then proceeded to work at one of the Gold Coast’s largest property developers where he was responsible for overseeing marketing and sales on four different residential towers - achieving approximately $80 million in unconditional sales for the year. Jesse has a strong interest in all aspects of property and investment and currently owns and manages a portfolio of residential and commercial Australia properties.

She has also worked in Data Services at Rainmaker Information, working closely alongside financial advisers. Esther has a passion for data insights and a constant thirst for streamlining and optimising systems and processes. Marty is the Head of Marketing for both iBuildNew and iBuyNew, responsible for building our brands, driving web traffic and new enquiry to our businesses, and most importantly delivering an exceptional customer experience to all clients we engage.

Michelle has worked as a marketer and event manager for a range of businesses in the industrial supplier and sports industries for over a decade. Michelle joined the business to help manage marketing and communications to our clients across both iBuildNew and iBuyNew. Chris has worked for the iBuildNew group since 2015, overseeing the development of our web platform and supporting systems. As part of his role, Chris works closely with the iBuyNew sales and management team to ensure our client relationship management system and partner portal are functionally optimised. Chris is constantly thinking of strategic improvement opportunities for our web sites, and then developing briefs for our in-house web development team to build.
